Multi-agent LLM underwriting walks the lending policy rule by rule next to the in-house decision engine. Every rule outcome and tool call is logged, and the AI never approves or denies on its own. It handles hundreds of applications a day.

Paystub checks without the manual review
A vision model pulls employer, pay period and gross and net pay into a strict schema. Deterministic checks catch stale or non-payroll documents, anything doubtful goes to a person, and clean files go to Plaid automatically. Manual document review is gone.

Staff ask about a loan or draft a customer reply without leaving the back office. Answers stream in live, drafts use approved knowledge and account facts, personal data is redacted first, and a person sends every reply.

A decisioning rules engine over six credit bureaus and Plaid bank verification, on Temporal workflows so one slow provider never hangs a decision. New rule sets run in shadow mode against live traffic first, every call goes to a decision log, and underwriters edit policy in a visual editor.

Every debit moves through explicit states from submission to settlement. Return codes such as R01 map to a defined next step, retries run only when balance, window and attempt checks pass, and written-off loans stop auto-debits.

Multi-tenant contractor storefronts: customers outline the area on a map, get a price on the spot and see the chosen materials rendered onto a photo of their own property. Stripe runs the orders and the contractors’ subscriptions.

A 4.7-hour reporting job, down to minutes
A nightly reporting job had grown to 4.7 hours and was delaying the morning numbers. Profiling found row-by-row processing; chunked queries and a streaming CSV export brought it down to minutes for 3M+ rows, with memory flat.

Over 1.5 years on the platform: Elasticsearch reporting that slices large survey response sets by question and answer type, with charts on the filtered data.
